Applies to MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3

After a service interruption of MS Dynamics, the Workflows are not processing automatically as they should and stay stuck.

The issue is related to batch jobs that did not automatically restart correctly after the service interruption. To solve the issue, go to System Administration > Area Page and, in the inquiries section, select the Batch Jobs link:

 You should find jobs marked with the Error status 

Select each of the crashed jobs (you can only do it one by one) and go to Function > Change Status to set the status back to Waiting. The batch job will process on the next defined schedule :
